We also recommend that patients bring a swimsuit, flip-flops, and sunglasses in order to enjoy our hot tub and sauna. If you are coming during the winter, you may want warmer clothes for at night. It is crucial that patients do not attempt to bring drugs over the Australian border or into our facility, since this puts them, our facility, and our other patients at risk.

Can family members or loved ones stay during the treatment?

We only assign one private room to each patient, and your package covers the needs of a single patient only. This is to make sure you get the adequate physical and emotional space you need to heal and recover. Your family members or loved ones can come to visit you during your recovery time, but they cannot stay overnight in the facility. There is a hotel nearby that patients’ families often stay at, and, depending on the time of day, we may be able to provide them with transportation. Families are not allowed to visit the day after treatment.
What information should I provide for the consultation?

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Can I reschedule or cancel my treatment?

You can reschedule your treatment if it is still a week or two away. To secure a bed, you will need to provide a non-refundable deposit or a flight itinerary.
